Data subjects and personal data

By accessing and browsing this website, the following personal data of visitors, data subjects – as identified or identifiable natural persons to whom the information refers – may be acquired by the Data Controller.

Navigation data: this is personal data acquired by computer systems that allow the functioning of the website and whose transmission is implicit in online navigation, such as IP addresses, domain names of the computers that connect to the site, the URL addresses of the resources requested, the time of requests, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and, in general, parameters relating to the operating system and browser used. Data communicated by visitors: this is data provided by users by filling out the contact form present in every page of the “Offices” section by clicking on the “go to the office” button, or data transmitted to the Data Controller through the contact details indicated on the site (for example, by sending a communication by e-mail) or through the contact form present in the “Work with us” section. If emails are sent voluntarily, explicitly and optionally to contact forms or email addresses given on this site, the sender’s address, which is required to respond to requests, and the consent to receive any response messages to the requests, are automatically acquired, as any other personal data which may be included in the communication.

Purposes of the processing and legal basis

The navigation data are collected and used to allow the proper functioning of the Website and to make the navigation usable and safe, the treatment is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to pursue these purposes.

The data communicated voluntarily by the user are used to respond and reply the contact requests received, for the drafting of estimates and for the selection of the candidate, their treatment is based on the consent of the person concerned which must be given with a flag in the appropriate box of authorization of data processing. The eventual lack of consent by the user will prevent the candidate from being able to send and/or consider the application or to respond to the information and/or requests sent by the user through the appropriate form on the website.

Data retention period

Navigation data are deleted immediately after their processing and are not stored for more than seven days, with the sole exception of the need to ascertain responsibility in case of any computer crimes against the site.

The data communicated by visitors using the email and/or the forms or contact data present on the site are kept for the period necessary to reply the user’s request and for the periods provided for by current legislation for the fulfilment of legal requirements to which the Data Controller is bound.

Recipients of the data

Users’ personal data are processed by personnel specifically identified and trained by the Data Controller, on the basis of precise instructions and in compliance with appropriate security measures.
