Curriculum
With a degree in Law at Alma Mater Studiorum University, Bologna, Italy, in 2012 Mr. Ancarani has been enabled to the Supreme Court of Italy and has lately specialised in NPL’s, Non-Performing Loans.
With 17 years’ experience in assisting Italian and international clients in civil, commercial and international trade law, Mr. Ancarani advises a wide clientele from Europe, US and the Middle East on several areas of civil law, including commercial and trade law, corporate and company law, contract, real estate, labour, tender and construction law, court litigation and arbitration.
He is also a frequent speaker at business delegations, seminars and conferences on UAE and Arabian Gulf countries law.
In 2013 Mr. Ancarani has been honoured Knight of the Italian Republic for his professional merits in the Middle East.
