Mirella Viale

Mirella, Esq. was a CNR fellow at the University of California, Berkeley (U.S.A.), a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law, a researcher in private law at the University of Brescia, and a lecturer at Bocconi University and IPSOA; She has participated, including as a speaker, in many important conferences on civil, commercial, banking, and insolvency law.

She primarily focuses on traditional areas of civil law, such as family and inheritance law, contract law, and tort law. She also has extensive experience in the fields of banking, commercial, and insolvency law, being listed as an expert for negotiated settlement of corporate crises pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 5, of the CCII at the Genoa Chamber of Commerce and on the list of administrators for the management of over-indebtedness crises maintained by the Over-Indebtedness Crisis Resolution Body of the Genoa Bar Association.

She has gained extensive experience as a sales agent in real estate foreclosures.

She has served as an arbitrator in numerous disputes, appointed by a party or by the Court of Genoa.

She is the author of monographs and numerous publications in the areas of civil, commercial, and banking law
