Mario practises in the offices of Milan, Padua and Bologna. He provides extrajudicial advice and litigation support to leading Italian and international clients in the fields of civil and commercial law: he has gained extensive experience in contract law, company law, M&A, real estate, energy law, generational change, trusts and international succession. He frequently acts as counsel or arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
He has collaborated extensively at both academic and professional levels with Prof. Francesco Galgano and is the author of numerous publications and conference papers. He has served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Bologna and teaches at the Master’s programme ‘Managing and Governing Public Institutions’ at the University of Udine.
Winner in 2021 of the Lewis Isaacs Award – Law Exchange International, in 2025 he was selected by Milano Finanza as a Legal & Tax Excellence in the M&A Mid Market category.
