Luca is a full professor of Private Law at the University of Genoa.
Following two decades of academic and research collaboration with Professor Francesco Galgano, he practices in Bologna and Genoa, providing legal assistance to some of Italy’s leading companies. He offers legal counsel and representation in civil and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on contract law, as well as in other areas of domestic and European Union law (administrative law, energy law, public services law, and competition law).
He has gained extensive experience as an arbitrator in both national and international forums.
He is the author of monographs and numerous articles and conference papers in the field of private law.
