Gerardo practises in the Milan office. He provides extrajudicial advice and litigation support to leading Italian and international clients in the fields of civil and commercial law: he has gained extensive experience in litigation, contracts, corporate advisory, M&A, energy law, generational change, trusts and inheritance. He acts in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
Since graduating, he has collaborated in both academic and professional contexts with Prof. Francesco Galgano, author of legal publications; in the academic area, he has served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Bologna, the University of Urbino, and at the School of Specialisation for Legal Professions – at Bocconi University.
He is a Senior Arbitrator of the International Arbitration Chamber.
