He has over thirty years of experience in M&A, assisting investors and entrepreneurs in domestic and cross-border transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of corporate interests and businesses. His practice also includes corporate structuring, reorganizations, and corporate governance matters. Federico regularly advises Italian companies on international expansion strategies, with a particular focus on the United States. He has significant experience in real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets in both Italian and U.S. markets, as well as in the structuring of cross-border investments. He also advises individuals and families on international succession and estate planning matters, with particular expertise in U.S.-Italy related cross-border estates and generational transfer strategies. He represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings at both the national and international levels.
