Andrea practises in the Milan office. He has gained significant professional experience advising on corporate, banking and financial law, M&A and real estate, as well as in assisting clients in civil, corporate and financial intermediation litigation.
He began his professional career at the Alpa-Galletto law firm in Genoa before moving to Milan, where he worked at Andersen Legal, Galgano, Dewey & Leboeuf, Grimaldi and then Galgano again.
He provides advisory services to asset management companies (particularly managers of real estate investment funds), banks and other financial intermediaries, as well as corporate and private clients in relation to contracts, M&A transactions and real estate transactions.
