Curriculum:

Mario Baraldi completed a PhD in Civil Law at the University of Bologna and in the following five years he was a research fellow at the Faculty of Economics Law of the University of Florence. Mario Baraldi is also a member of the editorial board of the legal journal “Contratto e Impresa”.

After more than ten years of academic and study collaboration with Professor Francesco Galgano, he works in the Bologna office offering legal assistance to important domestic and foreign companies, to which he provides advice and judicial assistance in the areas of civil and commercial law with particular regard to contractual matters.
